A B2B task management tool has high signup rates but low activation rates. Many users log in once and never return. The growth team needs a 3-part automated welcome sequence triggered based on user behaviour inside the app.
The Brief
Design the logical workflow steps, delay times, and conditional branching for the welcome email automation sequence. You do not need the software itself; document the flow structure in markdown.
Deliverables
- A step-by-step description or visual flowchart of the automation logic (triggers, delays, actions, and conditional checks)
- The logic for at least 2 behavioral branching paths (e.g., user created a project vs user did not create a project)
- Key performance metrics you would track to measure the automation's effectiveness
Submission Guidance
Focus on behavioral triggers. Instead of just "wait 2 days, send email 2", use logic like "if user has not completed task X within 48 hours, send email 2a. If they have, wait and send email 2b."
